Job Description
The Dental Insurance and Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete dental insurance and patient billing cycle. This includes verifying benefits, submitting accurate claims, attaching required documentation, following up on unpaid or denied claims, posting payments, managing accounts receivable, and communicating financial information clearly to patients. This position plays a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing outstanding balances, and ensuring that patients receive accurate information about their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
