Manage resolutions of customer complaint logs and ensure outcomes are satisfactory to the customer.
Responsible for all housing billing, posting payments, and receivables functions including timely collection of funds based on the resident's contract.
Responsible for inputting and maintaining the daily census into the Accounts Receivable software package to generate accurate monthly billings to the residents.
Responsible for the generation and mailing of resident billing invoices monthly.
Responsible for generating and faxing long-term care invoices as deemed appropriate (assisted living residents only).Respond to all billing inquiries by phone and written correspondence when necessary and note the conversation in the billing software.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
