Pre-Billing Data Specialists are responsible for the data entry of demographic and other requisition information for special projects. Responsibilities include looking up patient records, keying in corresponding requisition and patient demographic and insurance data, performing benefits eligibility checks, and reviewing benefit eligibility failures with efficiency and accuracy to allow for appropriate data processing and clean claims submission. Additional responsibilities may include handling calls from patients of customers where applicable.
