Sean Ballew

Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO

Job Description

Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO Sean Ballew Mesa, AZ Job Details Full-time $42,000 - $61,000 a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Triage Executive administrative support Driver's License Attention to detail Driving Video communication Full Job Description The Opportunity We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with a founder and CEO across several growing businesses in healthcare, wellness, and other ventures. At its core, this role is about creating space—for the CEO to think, lead, and focus on the things that matter most. You'll become a trusted right hand: protecting his time, remembering the details, bringing structure to a fast-moving world, and helping turn ideas into action. This is not a traditional behind-the-desk EA role. You'll be close to the action, involved in the day-to-day tasks. You Might Love This Role If… You naturally notice what other people miss. You like knowing what's happening, what's next, and what still needs to be closed out. You're the kind of person who hears, "Remind me about that next week," and actually does. The CEO you'll support moves quickly, thinks out loud, carries a lot at once, and sometimes changes direction as new information comes in. The right person doesn't need everything to be perfectly predictable—they learn his rhythm and become a steady presence inside of it. What You'll Own Calendar & time management: Protect the calendar, anticipate conflicts, account for travel and preparation, and help build a day that actually works.

Meeting preparation:

Make sure important context is ready beforehand and decisions, commitments, and follow-ups are captured afterward.

Follow-through:

Track open items through completion and make sure nothing important gets lost.

Executive memory:

Capture ideas, names, dates, commitments, and passing thoughts—and bring them back at the right time.

Communication:

Organize and triage email, surface what needs attention, and communicate professionally on the CEO's behalf.

Prioritization:

Know what matters most, make independent progress, and ask when priorities aren't clear.

Personal support:

Help with driving, travel, errands, and reasonable personal or household tasks that keep the day running smoothly.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive business, financial, and personal information with absolute discretion. Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Exceptionally organized and dependable Strong at follow-through Calm and adaptable when plans change Clear, direct, and kind in communication Comfortable asking instead of assuming Emotionally mature with strong professional boundaries Independent and naturally proactive Detail-oriented without losing the bigger picture Comfortable with technology and interested in using AI Punctual, reliable, and professional Able to laugh when a perfectly organized Tuesday stops being perfectly organized by 9:17 AM Prior Executive Assistant or operations experience is helpful, but the right mindset matters just as much. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. The Details Full-time
