Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with precision and attention to detail Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and overseeing general office management tasks Provide exceptional customer service by supporting internal teams and external clients with responsiveness and professionalism Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks efficiently Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience handling front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients and team members Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and customer support roles Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
