Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety protocols Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to keep projects on track Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures where appropriate Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to maintain a safe working environment Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and construction estimating software for project documentation and communication Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for proper execution of construction tasks Oversee subcontractor performance, supervise team members' work, and provide guidance on technical issues such as blueprint reading or schematics Maintain detailed records of project progress, change orders, incident reports, and inspection logs Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects Extensive on-site construction experience with a solid understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, Primavera P3 (Primavera), ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid or similar tools Knowledge of contracts management, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with Ohmmeter use is a plus for electrical inspections Strong management skills with experience supervising teams of various sizes in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to heavy construction sites Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders Certification in OSHA safety training; additional certifications such as PMP or relevant trade licenses are advantageous Join us as a Construction Supervisor where your leadership will drive successful project delivery while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
