Day Shift | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role:
Administrative & Document Support:
Provide high-level administrative assistance by preparing accurate reports, forms, presentation materials, and professional correspondence, ensuring all written communications align with executive standards and organizational goals.
Calendar & Logistics Management:
Proactively manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and event schedules, resolving conflicts efficiently to optimize the executive's time and ensure seamless daily operations.
Data & Financial Processing:
Prepare, process, and edit essential financial and operational information, creating detailed reports and project documentation that support informed leadership decision-making and accurate metric tracking.
Front-of-House & Meeting Coordination:
Serve as the professional primary contact for visitors and inquiries, while attending key meetings to document proceedings, track follow-up action items, and ensure accountability across the leadership team. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
