Position Overview We are hiring Intake Specialists to join our legal intake team, supporting law firms . This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, collecting critical case information, and professionally managing new client inquiries.

We are currently hiring for ALL shifts: 7:00 AM

• 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 7:00AM Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism and empathy Accurately document case details using internal systems and law firm CRM tools Conduct pre-qualification and case screening based on firm criteria Coordinate appointment scheduling or case follow-up as directed Collaborate with team leads to ensure intake quality and timeliness Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy Reliable internet access (for remote work) Quiet and professional remote workspace Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a legal or personal injury intake role Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred Additional Info Training provided on call handling, scripting, and legal intake procedures Company-provided phone system for all communications Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement within a rapidly scaling agency
