This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting attorneys and paralegals on complex legal matters. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support to attorneys and paralegals Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal documents Manage attorney calendars, correspondence, and client communications Prepare filings and maintain legal records and document management systems Handle time entry and administrative support functions Serve as a professional liaison between clients and attorneys Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all legal and firm-related matters What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm environment Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and proofreading Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Experience with iManage, FileSite, Elite WebView, Change-Pro, or InterAction is a plus High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
