$40,800.24 - $40,800.24 Under supervision performs clerical duties in the operation of the
Traffic Violations Bureau and City Courts:
Answers routine phone calls and requests for information; maintains files of all court documents; keys various information into the computer, such as traffic ticket information, citations, continuance dates, etc.; sends final notices and issues summons to appear in court; sets court dates and instructs involved parties when to appear in court; prepares court dockets and calls cases in the courtroom; records case disposition, court orders, and arrangement for payment of court fees; collects fees or fines and records amounts collected; and performs research on court docket at the request of attorneys or defendants.
