Job Summary CleanQuest Laboratory specializes in toxicology testing for the Southern California area. Samples are processed in our lab using advanced technology. We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative and operational workflows. Responsibilities will cover multiple departments, with primary duties including handling documents, processing mail, accessioning, maintaining inventory, and ensuring clear communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle sensitive documents, including, but not limited to, medical records Process inbound and outbound mail Supervise laboratory sample receiving Maintain office and laboratory standards Manage inventory Coordinate communications between departments Assist the Director of Operations with daily and long-term projects Our tentative start date will be May 19, 2026.
