We are looking for someone who is committed to providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Schedule 3-4 days per week Long-term position with a stable, established practice Qualifications Minimum 1 year of prior medical office management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, and physical medical records Ability to lead staff, manage daily operations, and maintain an efficient workflow Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Dermatology experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and staff Manage patient scheduling and front office workflow Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction Maintain compliance with office policies and healthcare regulations Assist with hiring, training, and supporting office staff Communicate effectively with physician, patients, and vendors Compensation $28-$30 per hour , based on experience.
