This pivotal role involves creating memorable patient experiences by ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing patient relations, and overseeing daily front desk activities. such as answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting monies, responding to emails and open and clear communication with multiple personal injury (PI) lawyers and assisting all doctors with their daily needs. You will be the welcoming face of our practice and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, lively environment. Your leadership will set the tone for a vibrant guest experience and uphold the highest standards of health management. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy Manage patient relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Collect monies and secure financial accuracy and reporting compliance while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate with all doctors in maintaining their schedules. Implement phone etiquette standards and manage multi-line phone systems to provide prompt assistance to patients and visitors. Maintain a vibrant front desk environment that promotes hospitality excellence, patient satisfaction, and team collaboration. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high energy levels Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and patient engagement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
