Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will support staff, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a well-functioning workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office activities and operations Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience with office management software or ERP systems Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
