What you will do Operations management : Oversee the daily operations of the practice with efficiency and excellence. Team development : Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential. Strategic scheduling : Optimize provider schedules to meet production, revenue, and collection goals. Performance reporting : Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly office reports. Patient relations : Resolve patient concerns with maximum professionalism, care, and timeliness. Mission alignment : Uphold total compliance with our mission, core values, and standards of care. Your qualifications
Experience :
2-4 years of management or customer service experience ( healthcare/dental management is strongly preferred). Tech literacy : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Open Dental practice management software. Leadership style : Ability to lead with confidence, make independent decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Soft skills : Exceptional listening, communication, and empathetic problem-solving skills. Core drive : A true passion for developing others and sustaining a positive, patient-first culture .
