As an Office Manager, you will effectively manage the flow of the practice. From engaging with patients to being the liaison between team members and clinicians, you will be the central point of contact. In addition, you will oversee operations, office goals, and productivity. You will be supported and will partner with your Regional Manager to ensure the success of the practice. Our Ideal Office Manager YOU! Whether you have experience working in a dental office, or you are seeking your next career opportunity, we are looking for someone who has exceptional leadership skills and knowledge of operations in the healthcare industry. Our ideal Office Manager must have prior management skills, and be an effective leader with exceptional communication skills. Job-Specific Expectations:
Coordinates and manages office schedules for training, operations, and team members Oversees treatment plans and accurate estimates to the patients Partner with Dentist and Hygienist in coordinating the desired schedule to fit patients' needs Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available Schedule and confirm patient appointments Tracks and accurately pays all invoices and charges for the office, and orders supplies Makes daily bank deposits of cash and checks Ensures that all required documentation is completed efficiently and meets established deadlines Interviews, hires, and conducts performance reviews for all team members Coordinates morning huddles with team members Requirement(s): 1 year of Orthodontic management experience Driver's license and reliable transportation High School Diploma Bilingual is a plus Prior dental or ortho experience is a plus This position does require traveling to different Tulsa locations 4 days a week and 1 day to Oklahoma City!
