This is a part-time position that may be especially well suited for someone seeking flexible supplemental income, such as a parent returning to the workforce, former school office staff, or someone looking for meaningful community-based work in a creative environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Parent communication by text, phone, and email Scheduling consultations and lessons Administrative support and organization Following up with prospective families Managing communication logs and studio reminders Assisting with studio events and day-to-day operations We are looking for someone who: Has prior administrative or office experience Is highly organized and dependable Communicates professionally and warmly with families Is comfortable with texting, scheduling, and basic technology Can work independently and take initiative Lives in or near Southwest Bakersfield preferred Part-time hours are primarily afternoons/evenings with potential for growth as the studio expands.
