With over 25 years of experience in the home restoration and ornamental iron industry, our mission is to provide exceptional service and durable products that enhance security and curb appeal for our clients. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative efforts in a growing company dedicated to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. DutiesSkills Oversee the daily operation and organization of the Dallas office. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, service providers, and vendors. Maintain office equipment and coordinate service or repairs when needed. Help establish and maintain organized office procedures and administrative processes. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to ownership. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, forms, and other documents. Assist with maintaining company records and documentation. Help ensure paperwork and administrative information is completed accurately and on time. Assist departments with administrative needs when appropriate. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and financial information. Employee Support Serve as a resource for employees regarding general office-related questions. Assist with new-hire onboarding and office orientation. Help coordinate employee meetings, company events, and employee communications. Work with the company's HR consultant when administrative or employee-related support is needed. Help maintain employee-related documentation as directed by management and HR. Assist with maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment. Process Improvement Identify areas where administrative processes can be improved. Help create and maintain SOPs and office procedures. Monitor recurring administrative issues and recommend solutions. Help improve communication between the office and other LTD departments. Follow up on outstanding administrative tasks to ensure they are completed. Support management with special projects and other operational initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of office management, administrative, or business operations experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities. Strong customer-service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus.
CRM / ERP
experience strongly preferred; Buildertrend experience a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
