Job Description
We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations for a contract position. This role will help keep the workplace running smoothly by coordinating front office activities, managing essential supplies, and assisting with financial administration. The ideal candidate brings a practical, service-focused approach and can balance multiple priorities in a detail-oriented office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office activities to maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace environment.
- Coordinate purchasing for office materials and ensure supplies are replenished before stock runs low.
- Track inventory levels for administrative and operational items and maintain accurate supply records.
- Support accounts payable tasks, including reviewing invoices and assisting with timely payment processing.
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception by welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
