Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support daily office functions, manage bookkeeping tasks, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization by streamlining processes and enhancing overall productivity. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including managing multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, and administrative support Maintain accurate financial records using Computerease or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing documents and updating spreadsheets to ensure data integrity Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office productivity software Support office management tasks like ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in bookkeeping or accounting Proficiency in Computerease and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent computer literacy skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management is essential Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as proofreading, typing, and document preparation accurately Personal assistant or front desk experience is a plus for providing comprehensive support to staff and visitors Join us to be part of an energetic team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional service. Pay:
$26.96 - $40.00 per hour
