This is an entry level position, but will train for specific duties related to this opening. Job duties include but are not limited to the following; Answer incoming phone lines, take messages and route calls as required Handle incoming mail, fax, packages, etc Handle all outgoing mail, fax, packages, etc Greet all visitors Sort and manage files Assist other departments and help out as required General office work including but not limited to, copying files, processing documents, ordering office supplies Candidates should be familiar with the primary applications of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Payroll/Billing experience a plus Hours are 9am-5pm -- Monday-Friday Please send resume
