Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support & Property Management This role requires exceptional communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international). Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas. Attend and document key meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-ups. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Coordinate and support company-wide meetings, board meetings, and special events. Monitor incoming communications and prioritize based on urgency and relevance. Assist with personal tasks as needed, ensuring a balance of professional and private commitments. Manage expense reports, invoices, and reconciliation processes. Perform research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as requested. 5+ years' experience in property management(Good to have) Must own a reliable, insured vehicle Must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and be well organized Ability to build rapport with tenants Understand and adhere to all local, state and federal housing guidelines.
