$19.25 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale) Benefits include:
Vacation:

up to 5 days per year after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees.

Paid Sick Leave:

40 hours yearly after 90 calendar days of employment; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and 90 days for company holidays. Benefits may vary depending on the location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Our Trip Edit Clerks are responsible for: Performs project clerical and administrative details to ensure that all contractual and legal mandates are met. Maintains contract files and records. Prepares contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules. Answers the phone and directs calls to the department or location. Administers accounting data, payroll, and personnel records. Inputs and extracts data from manifests to provide data to management and the Client. The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed. Maintain and update daily farebox collection tracker. Other duties as required. To qualify as a Trip Edit Clerk, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required. Some college studied preferred 1 year or more of relevant experience required Working knowledge of database systems and ability to perform data entry via keyboard Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to use and master specialty transit-related software programs Good written and oral communication skills Trapeze system experience ideally or similar system Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
