We are seeking an Administrative Associate to provide office support services in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting general administrative functions, maintaining accurate data entry, providing phone coverage, organizing files, assisting with intake paperwork and client files, monitoring office supplies, and communicating effectively with site personnel. The ideal candidate will have administrative support experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support daily office operations with professionalism and accuracy.
