We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner. This is a full-time in-office, permanent position.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide information about products and services using tools provided Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims Handle customer complaints with empathy, efficiency, and creative thinking Receive and allocate product Coordinate will call pickups and ship outs Coordinate inbound and outbound freight Quote freight Place transfer orders Review backlog report to ensure orders are picked up on schedule. Any and all tasks issued by leadership Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred Strong client services orientation with a focus on customer support Additional Requirements Ability to work 100% onsite, full-time. This is US-based employment, and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in the US.
