Job Description
We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our staffing agency team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position will support daily office operations, communicate with applicants and clients, and assist with recruiting and onboarding. Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish).

Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and assist applicants, employees, and clients with questions. Provide professional and friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and through email. Assist with recruiting by contacting candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants. Assist with the onboarding process, including collecting required paperwork and entering employee information into company systems. Maintain accurate employee and candidate records and update information as needed. Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and general recruiting activities. Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and other office duties. Communicate with field employees and clients regarding schedules, assignments, and staffing needs.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruiting, staffing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional and friendly phone manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working with people.
