Three years of advanced secretarial experience are required. Recruitment Notes This executive level administrative position is the direct support to the Assistant Director and Planning Division with various organizational and administrative support functions. The incumbent acts as the point of contact for the Division and serves as liaison between the Division and RER's Director's office, procurement, personnel, and communications staff, as well as the Division's public records custodian.
