This is a hands-on, dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in helping keep our home running smoothly while also supporting day-to-day operations of a service-based business and an online social media-driven store. We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with us—not just a job, but a role they can take ownership of.
Key Responsibilities:
Home & Personal Support Assist with day-to-day household tasks and organization Grocery shopping and household supply management Running errands (post office, returns, pickups, etc.) Assist with care and coordination of household pets (dogs, cat, parrot) Help maintain a clean, organized, and functional home environment Service Business Support Answer incoming phone calls professionally Schedule appointments and manage calendars Provide excellent customer service via phone, text, and email Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or confirm appointments Assist with basic administrative tasks and CRM updates Social Media-Based Store Support Assist with ordering and organizing inventory Pack and ship customer orders Track inventory and restock needs Respond to customer inquiries via social media and email Assist with content creation (filming, organizing products, basic posting support) Help maintain a smooth and efficient fulfillment process Who You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and trustworthy Friendly and professional communicator Comfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilities Tech-comfortable (able to learn systems like scheduling software, social media platforms, etc.) Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus) Experience with customer service or call handling Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) Experience with inventory, shipping, or e-commerce Basic content creation skills (filming, simple edits, etc.) Why This Role is Unique This is not a typical assistant position. Pay:
