Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on administrative functions and support to people and processes to ensure daily operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives on problem solving and exhibits the ability to multitask to meet and manage changing deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and data collection. Assist with invoicing, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable/accounts payable. Liaise with customers and vendors, providing excellent customer service. Correspond promptly and professionally to customers/vendor inquiries via phone or email. Develop knowledge of company policies, operating systems, and products to provide accurate information and guidance to co-workers, customers, and vendors. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and/or resolve issues. Identify and report recurring issues to the Project Manager to drive process improvement. Provide support to the Project Manager and/or leaders as approved by the Project Manager. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or clerical role. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & typing speed of 50+ wpm. Strong analytic skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently. Ability to handle high pressure situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Ability to perform sedentary work and remain in stationary position for extended periods, occasional walking and lifting up to 15 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems. Experience with AR/AP Key Competencies Effective communication and problem solving. Exceptional organization and time management. Strong interpersonal skills and patience. Work Environment Typical office setting located in a manufacturing and packaging facility with exposure to hemp materials, packaging equipment, and production machinery.
