Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, professional work environment. Support the recepcionist team. Greet clients and visitors and provide appropriate assistance. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Coordinate calendars and assist with internal scheduling. Maintain office files, records, databases, and administrative documentation. Receive, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents. Support onboarding and administrative needs for new employees. Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and service requests. Assist management and other departments with administrative projects as needed. Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and company information.
