Pay:
$25.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Distribute material certifications to appropriate parties, including general contractors, and follow up as needed. Prepares paperwork required for force account work (material, labor, equipment, etc.). Processes purchase orders and performs PO system entry. Prepares fuel system reports and coordinates driver and vehicle maintenance. Reviews EZ Pass monthly invoice and reports. Processes Hotel Engine / CLC invoicing. Reviews certified payroll. Sets up field office rent and administrative accounts. Coordinates cleaning, water, and utilities for field offices. Maintains gate system, including tracking of People's time. Prints and distributes job cost reports. Maintains bulletin boards. Maintains Equipment Watch system. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and previous experience working with Excel and Microsoft Word required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recurring administrative tasks and deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience with purchase order (PO) systems and vendor invoice processing. Familiarity with certified payroll review and prevailing wage documentation. Experience with fuel management, driver/vehicle maintenance tracking, or fleet administration. Experience with travel and expense administration (e.g., Hotel Engine, CLC, EZ Pass). Prior administrative experience in a construction or field-office setting.
