Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position will provide administrative, technical, and data support across multiple company software systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology and data, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include: Support employee onboarding and assist with setup and maintenance across company software systems. Serve as a resource for employees and management regarding software questions and system-related issues. Gather, organize, and analyze information from multiple departments and systems to support management reporting and decision-making. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, Power BI reports, and other recurring management reports. Maintain accurate and organized records, data, and reporting files. Assist with research, special projects, process improvements, and other administrative needs. Communicate with employees, management, and software vendors to resolve questions and issues. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Power BI experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with data and large amounts of information. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems and troubleshoot basic system issues. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Strong general math and numerical skills. Minimum Requirements Candidates will be asked to submit to a drug screen during application process High School Diploma Full-time position: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work in office Emergency Response hours during extreme weather or emergency events. / No Exceptions Benefits Full medical, dental, vision available after 60 days 401(k) after 1 year of employment Paid holidays after 90 days Two weeks paid vacation after 1 year
