Ability to prioritize duties and manage multiple competing priorities in a professional manner. Maintains confidentiality and security of documents. Holds a professional front office presence by meeting and greeting visitors to the County Clerk and assisting them appropriately. Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to retain and follow detailed instructions. Receives and processes inquiries and requests in person, by phone, mail, courier or electronic. Handles inventory of office supplies. Works with Administrative Assistant and/or Division Supervisor to assist in the preparation of Commissioners Court Minutes. Reviews, prepares, scans and redacts various documents for recording and attaching to AgendaQuick. Redacts sensitive information such as bank account numbers, bond numbers, etc. Provides support with statistical reports and retention of documents.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED. 1 year of job related clerical experience. Strong computer, typing (40 wpm) and data entry skills. Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and problem solving to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, Adobe software. Valid Texas Driver License.
STARTING SALARY
$15.30 hourly, Up to 29 hours per week
