Job Duties:
An Administrative Assistant II performs administrative work in an office setting. Manages paper and electronic files, uses office equipment including computers, answers and responds to phone calls and emails, routes mail and maintains calendars and schedules. Reviews documentation, files and organizes documentation. Involves administrative support including disseminating information; assisting with maintaining filing systems; and preparing and editing reports and documentsYou'd be a GOOD fit if:
