Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, correspondence, records, and other office-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to managers, staff, and departments. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences. Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and events. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems. Enter, update, and maintain data and records. Order office supplies and monitor inventory. Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documents as needed. Greet visitors and provide professional customer service. Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics. Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Administrative Assistant should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person. Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies and materials.
