Responsibilities As a Construction Survey Technician, you will support office and field staff by processing incoming information and producing final construction surveying project deliverables. You will report to the Project Manager and perform technical tasks utilizing the latest technology in the A/E/C industry. You will help increase construction survey project efficiency and client satisfaction by: Processing data utilizing SAM standards, including the evaluation of accuracy and sufficiency, all while ensuring compliance to applicable construction surveying projects and industry principles under the direction of your supervisor Monitoring field crew's production and quality assurance Carrying out initial QC of field deliverables according to standards and best practices Coordinating with supervisor to ensure client-specific demands are being met Qualifications Minimum of one year of relevant experience required Strong computer and technical skills; AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; or similar application is a plus Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus Ability to read, understand construction plans An eye for detail, and willingness to learn Time management is a plus as well as flexibility between tasks Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
