- Position Overview
- Vuori is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and contractors.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, registration, and directing guests to the appropriate locations.
- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the headquarters and shared workspaces.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams as needed.
- Coordinate with facility service vendors, including cleaning, security, and first-aid providers.
- Monitor and maintain office supply and snack inventory, ensuring stock levels are consistently replenished.
- Support workplace safety and security initiatives by following established protocols and responding appropriately during emergencies.
- Assist with company events by supporting planning, setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Partner closely with Facilities and Security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, or related support role.
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
- Team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
