Duties Position Details:

Part-time / On-call (Summer Position) Immediate full-time training required Flexible scheduling (must have weekend availability ) Opportunity for growth based on performance Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the spa experience Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Answer all incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and booking appointments Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties Support retail sales by promoting spa products and services, including product demonstrations and recommendations Supervise front desk operations when needed, ensuring smooth flow and excellent customer service during busy periods
