Duties include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, booking appointments, explaining entry paperwork, computer data entry, collecting fees, filing, checking insurance authorizations, ordering supplies, manage patient communications and recall, assisting the doctor with patient care, and assisting other staff as needed. Applicant needs to have excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and demeanor, be detail oriented, have strong math and computer data entry skills, and have excellent verbal and communication skills. Training will be provided in all technical aspects related to job position with pay increases added as meets benchmark proficiency. Previous experience in a medical setting or customer service position preferred. Please submit resume.
