Cerritos, CA Job Details $18 - $20 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Typing Quality data entry Full Job Description Answers, screens and direct call on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee and/or voice mail. Clears messages each morning and delivers them to the appropriate employees. Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/locations. Opens and routes incoming mail. Prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required. Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Continually required to stand Frequently required to walk Continually required to sit Continually required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds Associates degree (A.A.) preferred; two to four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficient in Windows Microsoft. Able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Keystrokes a minimum of 35 wpm. High accuracy in data entry. Bilingual English-Spanish is preferred. Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
