Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading. Assist with clerical duties including typing, data entry, proofreading, and record keeping using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Requirements Preferred office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Preferred experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing, data entry, proofing documents, and calendar management. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency; experience in clerical or administrative roles is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style. Prior experience in construction or glass is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valuable.
