Our front desk is an important part of the studio experience. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, is comfortable starting conversations, and naturally creates a friendly and welcoming environment. You should be someone who can greet a first-time client and immediately make them feel comfortable, get to know our regulars, and bring positive energy to the studio. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, reliable, comfortable with technology, and able to take initiative while balancing client service with the day-to-day needs of the studio. Responsibilities Warmly greet clients, check them into class, and create a welcoming studio experience Engage with clients and build genuine relationships with our studio community Assist first-time guests with check-in, account creation, waivers, and general studio questions Help clients book classes and understand memberships, class packages, credits, and studio policies Assist with membership, package, merchandise, and retail sales Process front desk transactions and assist with basic client account needs Open and/or close the studio following studio procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready studio throughout each shift Perform light cleaning, studio resets, restocking, and general upkeep as needed Answer calls, emails, and client questions in a warm and professional manner Support instructors and help classes transition smoothly Occasionally assist with simple social media needs, including capturing photos or short video clips around the studio Assist with studio events, promotions, and other day-to-day needs as they arise What We're Looking For Naturally warm, outgoing, personable, and comfortable making conversation Someone who enjoys getting to know clients and contributing to a community atmosphere Strong customer service and communication skills Positive, professional, and polished Dependable, punctual, and responsible Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Proactive and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction Comfortable discussing memberships, packages, and retail products with clients Comfortable learning booking, client-management, and point-of-sale systems Previous experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, front desk, or customer service is preferred Experience with Mariana Tek and/or ClassPass is preferred, but not required An interest in Pilates, fitness, wellness, or boutique hospitality is a plus Availability We are looking for part-time and full-time team members with consistent weekly availability. Morning, evening, and weekend availability is a plus. Because some shifts involve independently opening or closing the studio, reliability and punctuality are essential. Compensation $20
