Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in a busy office setting. This contract position requires someone who creates a welcoming first impression, manages incoming communications, and helps keep administrative workflows organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and customer-facing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors warmly, provide direction, and ensure a welcoming front office experience.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the reception area so it remains orderly, presentable, and ready for guests throughout the day.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and other incoming correspondence, ensuring items reach the appropriate recipients.
  • Support administrative activities such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and preparation of routine documents.
  • Monitor office supplies at the front desk and request replenishment when needed to avoid disruptions.
  • Assist internal teams with clerical tasks and help facilitate smooth day-to-day office operations.
