Front Desk & Pro Shop Associate TTC Tennis & Pickleball Club is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk & Pro Shop Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide a welcoming experience for our members and guests.
Schedule Sundays and Mondays:
Required Weekends Additional hours may be available based on club needs and availability. Schedule is flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones, emails, and general member questions Check members and guests Assist with questions and basic account information Process payments and transactions accurately Assist with Pro Shop sales, including apparel, equipment, and accessories Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and Pro Shop Help with reservations, scheduling, and other administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of the club Qualifications Previous customer service, front desk, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable, organized, and enjoys creating a positive experience for members . Experience with tennis, pickleball, fitness clubs, or country clubs is a plus but not required. If you enjoy working in a fun, active environment and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you!
