Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Spanish Front Office Receptionist in the Rancho Cucamonga area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. If you are a people person with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you! Must be a quick learner and computer saavy with excellent Customer Service skills. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Provide information about our services and address client inquiries. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
