Job Description
Job Description We're looking for a Studio Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our music production center. At Sound Club, we help students develop real-world music production skills in a creative, supportive environment. As a Studio Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly while helping create an organized, welcoming, and inspiring experience for students and families. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally Manage class and studio schedules for instructors and students Coordinate bookings and studio space usage Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries Maintain student records, attendance, and payments Support instructors with studio setup and basic technical needs Monitor, organize, and restock studio supplies and equipment as needed Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the studio, reception area, classrooms, and common spaces Assist with opening and closing procedures Help create a welcoming, organized, and creative atmosphere for students and families Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, receptionist, or customer service role Working knowledge of music production software (e.g., Logic Pro and GarageBand) Confident using scheduling tools, email, and office software Friendly, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in a music studio, school, or production environment Familiarity with audio equipment and studio setup Basic DAW (Logic Pro) troubleshooting skills Understanding of studio equipment and signal flow Basic mixing and audio production concepts Passion for music education, technology, and creativity Ability to assist during workshops, events, or special programs
