Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support our team and visitors alike. Duties Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy Maintain front desk organization by managing filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and escalating issues appropriately Requirements Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and office management practices Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication Experience with medical or dental reception is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant duties is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance Join our team to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
