PM Tuesday:
3:30 PM-8:30
PM Wednesday:
8:00 AM-1:00

3:30 PM-8:30
PM Friday:
OFF Saturday:

10:30 AM-4:30 PM Approximately 28 hours per week. Additional hours may be available based on studio needs, coverage, and special events. We're looking for a Membership Advisor who is energetic, dependable, passionate about Pilates, and excited to help people begin or continue their fitness journey. Position Overview The Membership Advisor is responsible for creating exceptional first impressions, generating membership sales, building lasting relationships with members, and delivering a five-star experience every day. This is much more than a front desk position. Our Membership Advisors are the face of the studio and play a vital role in growing our community and helping people discover how Pilates can change their lives. What You'll DoSales & Membership Growth Convert leads into members through genuine conversations and confident sales. Schedule and follow up with Intro Classes. Conduct personalized studio tours. Present memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training opportunities. Follow up consistently with prospective, frozen, and inactive members. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Member Experience Welcome every member with warmth and enthusiasm. Learn members' names and build authentic relationships. Deliver an exceptional experience during every interaction. Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Celebrate member milestones and help create a welcoming community. Studio Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio. Assist with retail merchandising and inventory. Utilize ClubReady to manage leads and member accounts. Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach. Assist with daily operational tasks as needed. Who We're Looking For Our ideal Membership Advisor is: Passionate about health, wellness, and Pilates. Experienced in fitness, retail, hospitality, or membership sales. Comfortable asking for the sale while building genuine relationships. Kind, empathetic, and people-focused. Dependable, punctual, and accountable. Self-driven and proactive. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Coachable and always looking to improve.
