Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join their client's team in Denver. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties promptly and efficiently. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments. Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure supplies are always stocked.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00; Friday 8:00-12:00

Salary Range:
$22 - $25 per hour Background check required.
