  • Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time Temporary)
  • Fort Collins, CO- In - Person
  • $23.50/hour
  • Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start Available
  • Adecco is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused
  • Front Desk Receptionist
  • for a part-time temporary opportunity in Fort Collins. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, making professionalism, organization, and exceptional customer service essential for success.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Greet and check in visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
+ Assist patients with registration and admission paperwork. + Answer phones and direct calls appropriately. + Maintain accurate records of patient visitors, family members, and transportation arrangements. + Support clinical and administrative staff with front office duties. + Ensure visitors and vendor representatives comply with facility policies and confidentiality requirements. + Provide prompt, courteous assistance to patients, families, physicians, and coworkers. + Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. + Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • + Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. +
  • Experience handling insurance verification, insurance updates, or healthcare-related scheduling is preferred.
  • + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly. + Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. + Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Experience in a healthcare, clinic, medical office, or patient-facing environment. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus, but not required.
